We understand that life does not always work out as expected. There will be occasions when we all have to change our diaries or plans. We equally hope that you realise that when you book or make an appointment with us, we allocate a person or persons to provide the service you requested. In doing so that/those resource/resources are not available to deliver a service elsewhere. In an effort to be fair to everybody we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or defer or postpone an appointment. In the event of you having to do so we will charge 50% of the charge that would have applied if the service had proceeded. In the event that we are able to find alternative work for the person/people allocated to your job request, we will refund this 50% charge.
